Witnesses are being sought in connection with the murder of a woman whose body was found in East Finchley on November 30.

Police believe Jacqueline Queen, of Gainsborough House, Thorpedale Road, Finsbury Park, was killed in her home and her body was moved to a roadside grassed area in Elmshurst Crescent.

They want to hear from anyone who may have heard the sounds of an argument coming from Ms Queen's home in the week before her death, or who may have seen a white Ford Escort, with the registration number F811 LKX, stop in Elmshurst Crescent at about 1am on November 30.

They also want anyone who may have seen Ms Queen alive before November 23 to contact them as they are trying to piece together her whereabouts before her death.

u Two brothers have been charged with Ms Queen's murder. John Seaton, 35, of Tyrell Stantonbury, Milton Keynes, and James Seaton, 45, of Thorpedale Road, Finsbury Park, both unemployed bricklayers, appeared at Highbury Magistrates' Court on Saturday. The two are also charged with conspiring to pervert the course of justice. They were remanded in custody until an appearance at the Old Bailey on December 12.
