Bag snatched from Radlett woman

A thief grabbed a bag from a 32-year-old woman as she was walking through a wooded area in Radlett on Monday.
The victim, who is from the village, had been walking along a footpath in Gills Hill Lane at around 6.35am, when she heard someone jogging behind her.A person then barged past her and took her brown cord bag containing a small amount of money. He then ran off towards Watling Street.The woman was not injured during the incident.The offender is described as white, wearing a grey and white hooded top and black shoes.PC Angela Nobbs said: "We know there were several joggers and dog walkers out and about in the vicinity that morning. "Did you see anything unusual or do you think you may have seen this man?"If you can help, ring the non emergency number 0845 33 00 222 and quote crime reference J1/08/2124."
