Bag snatched from Radlett woman

A thief grabbed a bag from a 32-year-old woman as she was walking through a wooded area in Radlett on Monday.

The victim, who is from the village, had been walking along a footpath in Gills Hill Lane at around 6.35am, when she heard someone jogging behind her.A person then barged past her and took her brown cord bag containing a small amount of money. He then ran off towards Watling Street.The woman was not injured during the incident.The offender is described as white, wearing a grey and white hooded top and black shoes.PC Angela Nobbs said: "We know there were several joggers and dog walkers out and about in the vicinity that morning.
