8:40am Sunday 3rd August 2008

Is Barnet Council at war with the borough’s young people? (‘Community projects cash remains unused’, Times Series, July 24.) 8:00am Friday 1st August 2008

In response to Dr Gutmann’s letter (‘Schools are doing well’, Times Opinion, July 24), I believe it is important to note that the national press reports of government statements about schools leaves much to be desired, as schools minister Jim Knight MP told Hendon secondary heads at the meeting I organised for them to meet him a couple of weeks ago.

Appointments system is a mess

2:06pm Wednesday 16th July 2008
