Radlett bounced back from their dismal opening day defeat to High Wycombe to claim a famous victory at Slough on Saturday.

Last season's Home Counties Premier League Division One runners-up - and 2005 and 2006 champions - were outplayed in all departments as the Cobden Hill outfit claimed their first victory at Slough since achieving promotion to the top-flight.

Three wickets from skipper Shane Burger and figures of five for 71 in unfavourable conditions from new recruit Paul Barker helped dismiss Slough for 235.

In reply, newly-contracted Middlesex player Kabir Toor saw Radlett home with an unbeaten 85, aided by Burger's 48.
